Casey Hewitt

Founder & Attorney

Casey serves as outside general counsel and defense counsel to entrepreneurs, brands, and retail stores.  After spending years as a corporate litigator at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, the white-shoe NYC law firm, Casey founded her own practice advising entrepreneurs on growing a web-first business.  These days, Casey spends most of her time defending retail stores and entrepreneurs against claims of design patent, copyright, and trademark infringement. Casey previously worked in intellectual property enforcement at the luxury fashion house, Burberry, so she understands these cases from both sides.  Her experience at both a top law firm and in-house at a major fashion brand gives her a unique perspective that has proven invaluable to her clients.
